If any parent is concerned or wishes to make a complaint against the school for any reason, it is beneficial to discuss the matter with the Headteacher in the first instance. In the large majority of cases the matter will be resolved by such initial discussion. If the outcome is not satisfactory, then parents may contact either the Chairman of Governors via the school or the local Education Office at County Hall, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1VY. All complaints should be made in writing. The complaint will be registered and a formal complaint procedure will be started. It is the school's sincere wish to solve any problems without redress to this formal procedure.
